The Perfect
Charcuterie Board

Assorted cheeses, mixed nuts, and cured salami, OH MY! That's got a nice ring to it, doesn't it? Our newest cooking class will show you the ropes of sourcing and crafting the perfect charcuterie board.
In addition to your charcuterie hors d'oeuvres, salad and bread will be provided to round out the meal. Don't even think about hosting another party until you've learned from our expert chef!
